Service Contracts

As complete as the factory warranty is, it does not give you total protection for the typical ownership period, nor does it provide the regular maintenance which is required to keep your new vehicle at its optimal operating condition.

If you lease a vehicle, you should be aware of your obligation to maintain and repair the vehicle. Chrysler Service Contracts can enhance your new vehicle's warranty right from the day of delivery and pick up where it leaves off, providing mechanical coverage on most major components,* basic maintenance and road hazard tire protection.

There are 23 plans available to suit most needs and the average length of ownership. For 'Peace-of-Mind' protection, select the right plan for you.

Nationwide Service

Erin Dodge and any authorized Chrysler Canada dealer throughout Canada and the United States can provide Service Contract repairs and covered services.

Roadside Assistance

All new vehicle plans include Roadside Assistance for the duration of the plan selected. This service is available 24 hours/day, year-round, nationwide. Services include: battery boost, tire change, lockout service, emergency fuel delivery to a stranded vehicle, winching and towing to Erin Dodge or the nearest Chrysler dealership. Some also include Tire Roadside Hazard Protection.

Rental Allowance

The plans provide an allowance for substitute transportation up to $50 per day to a maximum of five days per repair visit. This allowance is available to the contract owner any time the covered component of the either the Service Contract, or the vehicle's Basic Warranty or Emissions Warranty fails and the repairs take overnight.

Deductibles

The Service Contracts have $0 or $100 deductibles for the term of the contract and are dependent on the contract selected. A deductible does not apply to towing or to rental allowance.

Transfer Policy

The unexpired portion of Plan coverage may be transferred to the subsequent retail purchaser at no charge. This benefit provides the original owner a selling feature at the time of trade-in, or private sale.

Cancellation Policy

The customer may request, from Erin Dodge, a full reimbursement within 60 calendar days of the contract purchase date. Reimbursement by Chrysler Canada, to Erin Dodge, would be less any paid repairs or services
